SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping within Australia
Our dispatch is based in Sydney, Australia and we deliver anywhere within Australia. For extra large orders or remote locations there may be a larger freight fee. You will be notified of your cost at the check out of the online shop.
AUSTRALIA POST DELIVERY TIMES
*PLEASE ALLOW 5 - 7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR AUSTRALIA POST DELIVERY IN DECEMBER 2016 DUE TO PEAK SEASON
Sydney Metro & Suburbs: 1–2 days
NSW + ACT: 2 - 3 days
VIC + QLD + SA: 2–4 days
TAS + WA + NT: 4–6 days
All delivery times are approximate and do not include pack and dispatch timing. We will always endeavor to get your order out as quickly as possibly.
All orders within Australia are sent using Registered Australia Post and delivery will be during normal business hours, not on weekends. A signature will be required upon your delivery. If there is no one there to sign for your order a call card will be left. Your order will then be able to be picked up from Australia Post.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You may enquire about the current status and delivery whereabouts of your order at any time after placing your order. Please email us with your order number (if applicable) to request details. All enquiries will be handled during weekday business hours: firstname.lastname@example.org
FAULTY, DAMAGED AND INCORRECT ORDERS
We carefully pack all orders to ensure that your items arrive to you in the best condition. In the event that your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, you must contact our office within 48 hours of your order being signed for. We will provide instructions on how to return items and arrange immediate delivery of any faulty, incorrect or damaged items. Our online store office is only open during weekday business hours for any enquiries. For all damaged or faulty goods images MUST be provided.
